Man stabbed in north-side apartment

Police charged a 28-year-old-woman with assault with a weapon in connection to a stabbing in a north-side apartment. Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to a call around 3 a.m. on Saturday.

Police charged a 28-year-old-woman with assault with a weapon in connection to a stabbing in a north-side apartment.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to a call around 3 a.m. on Saturday. Police took the woman into custody after a fight broke out and a 31-year-old-man was stabbed with a knife. Paramedics took the man to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre with non-life threatening injuries.

The woman will appear in bail court on Saturday.
