A prisoner who escaped police custody in Kenora on Aug. 20 has been located.
OPP located Harvey Smith, 53, of White Dog First Nation in the downtown area of Kenora Thursday.
The suspect as arrested without incident and has been charged with Escape Lawful Custody.
He appeared in court Thursday.
