Fifty-five-year-old J. Normand Noel has been identified by police as the victim of a fatal ATV crash in Marathon.
OPP officials said in a release the victim was traveling westbound on Wabikoba Lake Road, veered to avoid a falling tree and lost control of the vehicle.
Noel was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem is scheduled to determine the cause of death.
