OPP in Fort Frances say four vehicles were damaged after a 65-year-old man in a pickup truck suffered a medical emergency while behind the wheel.
The incident took place around 2 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle took out a road sign, clipped another pickup truck, then went through a red light and onto the sidewalk.
Three pedestrians had to jump out of the way.
The truck then picked up speed and hit an unoccupied SUV and finally crashed into a parked minivan.
A female in the minivan and the driver of the truck were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
