LONGLAC, Ont. - Methamphetamine was among several drugs seized in a Longlac traffic stop Wednesday.

The stop resulted in a litany of drug charges for a 30-year-old Geraldton woman, Greenstone OPP said Saturday. That includes drug-impaired driving, a schedule I trafficking charge, schedule II and III possession charges, and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.

OPP officers from the Greenstone detachment made the stop just before 10 a.m. Wednesday morning in the town of Longlac. Police say the accused made a brief court appearance from the Greenstone detachment on Thursday, and is in custody pending a bail hearing.
