THUNDER BAY — The Toronto Police Service is asking people in Thunder Bay to assist in locating a missing youth.
According to the Toronto Police Service, a 15-year-old youth by the name of David was last seen on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at 6 p.m., in the Bloor Street West and High Park Avenue area in Toronto.
Police believe David is in the city of Thunder Bay, and there is concern for their safety.
