Motorcycle crash sends two to hospital

A crash involving a motorcycle sent two people to the regional hospital with non-life threatening injuries Friday night. Thunder Bay Police Service officers say a truck was driving westbound on Oliver Road just before 11:30 p.m.

A crash involving a motorcycle sent two people to the regional hospital with non-life threatening injuries Friday night.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers say a truck was driving westbound on Oliver Road just before 11:30 p.m. when it collided with a motorcycle. The motorcycle driver and passenger were taken to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

The driver of the truck was charged under the Highway Traffic Act.

The investigation is ongoing.
