The Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service has announced the appointment of a new Chief.
Claude Chum has more than 21 years of First Nations policing experience. The native of Moose Cree has held a series of positions with the Anishinabek Police Service, most recently holding the post of Deputy Chief.
Chum will officially take over the NAPS Chief's office on Jan. 1.
