DRYDEN – The Northwestern Health Unit says they’ve been notified of a new COVID-19 case in Dryden.

The health unit, a post to Twitter on Tuesday, said follow-up is under way and all contacts will be notified.

It’s the only confirmed active case in the community. Four other cases are considered resolved.

The NWHU has reported a total of 19 positive COVID-19 cases, two of which do not live in the region and have not been in the area since being diagnosed.

Sixteen of those cases have been resolved.
