Thunder Bay welcomed its newest judge to the bench Tuesday afternoon.
Justice John Fregeau took the oath in front of a large crowd of family, friends and dignitaries at the Superior Court of Justice.
Fregeau spent the last 23 years practicing family and criminal law in Kenora. He'll be based in Thunder Bay and will occasionally preside in Fort Frances and Kenora.
