THUNDER BAY -- Motorists have a new controlled intersection on Central Avenue.
The City of Thunder Bay announced Tuesday that it plans to officially activate the new traffic signals at Central Avenue and Carrick Street today.
Originally the city had plans to activate the new traffic lights last Friday. However, due to poor weather conditions late last week the city decided to delay the activation.
