A male passenger has been sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, following a collision on Highway 17 in Shuniah.
The collision occurred just after 4 p.m. Tuesday when a westbound transport truck collided with an eastbound car.
The two passengers in the truck were not injured.
The collision did not result in a road closure.
