THUNDER BAY -- With the wind chill below -40 C on Friday, Student Transportation Services of Thunder Bay has cancelled alt bus service to local schools.
All school remain open, although it's a day off for high-school students across the city because of the end of examinations.
Bus service will return to normal on Friday afternoon.
