Noonan named president of NDP's Thunder Bay-Superior North Riding Association

David George Noonan is the NDP’s new president of the Thunder Bay-Superior North Riding Association. A one-time provincial candidate for the party in southern Ontario, Noonan takes over from Maurice Grinstead after six years at the helm.

A one-time provincial candidate for the party in southern Ontario, Noonan takes over from Maurice Grinstead after six years at the helm.

The 33-year-old Noonan has lived in Thunder Bay since 2005 and has worked on municipal, federal and provincial campaigns across the province.
