THUNDER BAY — A rural-area man will appear in court next month charged with impaired driving after an off-road vehicle collision last weekend.
OPP said emergency responders were called out at 2 a.m. on Sunday following a collision involving an ATV.
The operator of the vehicle was taken to hospital for treatment by paramedics.
Police subsequently arrested him and took him to the Thunder Bay detachment for further testing.
The 50-year-old resident of Gorham Township was charged and released from custody pending his court date.
