Ont. Native Women’s Association names new exec. director

The Ontario Native Women's Association has appointed its new Executive Director. Former Thunder Bay City Coun. Betty Kennedy will lead the organization.

The Ontario Native Women's Association has appointed its new Executive Director.

Former Thunder Bay City Coun. Betty Kennedy will lead the organization.

Kennedy has a formal background in sociology and has worked with a number of First Nation organizations throughout her career.

She took on the new role on Monday.
