THUNDER BAY - It looks like we won't find out how many Ontario college students have decided to take a tuition refund until at least next week.
Students were given the option of opting out of class and taking the refund at the end of the five-week-long faculty strike.
Locally, Confederation College disclosed Wednesday that more than 400-students or about 14 per cent of their total enrollment had decided to opt out.
They indicated that was in line with what was being seen at other colleges across the province.
The provincial government was scheduled to release province-wide numbers Thursday.
While all 24 colleges have submitted the data, Advanced Education Minister Deb Matthews said it will take them a few days to compile the figures.
Final numbers will be made public until next week.
