OPP look to identify break and enter suspect in Sioux Lookout

The suspect removed a laptop and additional items with total value of about $1,000.

SIOUX LOOKOUT – Police are asking for the public’s assistance to identify a suspect in a break and enter in Sioux Lookout.

According to an Ontario Provincial Police release, an individual broke a window in a downtown business on King Street shortly before 3 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 14.

Police say the individual removed a laptop and additional items with a total value of about $1,000 and left the building from the east entrance.

The individual is described as male, wearing a grey knitted sweater with a snowflake pattern across the chest and back, green snow pants, and black gloves.

The OPP is requesting anyone with information about this occurrence contact the Sioux Lookout Detachment at 807-737-2020 or 1-888-310-1122.
