FORT FRANCES – Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 49-year-old man with impaired driving.
OPP responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision in a parking lot on the 200 Block of Third Street East Friday in Fort Frances.
Police say officers arrested 49-year-old John Dustin and transported him to the OPP detachment for breath tests.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for the mandatory seven days.
He will appear in Fort Frances provincial court on April 25.
