The province's Special Investigations Unit has cleared two OPP officers in connection with a pursuit that left two teens injured.
The incident took place on Sept. 11 on Highway 17, just east of Terrace Bay, when a speeding vehicle police had been trying to stop lost control and hit a rock cut.
During the course of the chase, it was determined the vehicle had been stolen.
Both the 14-year-old driver and his 16-year-old passenger suffered serious injuries in the crash.
Officials with the SIU said the officers followed proper procedures during the pursuit and that it was the driver who was responsible for the crash.
