(FORT FRANCES, ON) – The Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing youth.
16 year old Dwayne BIG BEAR, was last seen on October 26, 2015 near the library in Fort Frances, ON. He is described as a First Nation Male, brown eyes, black hair, 5’9” tall, 130lbs, medium build.
Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of BIG BEAR is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
