FORT FRANCES, Ont. – Six people are facing charges after a raid resulted in the seizure of crystal meth, a gun and ammunition.
Provincial police and Treaty Three Police Service officers executed a search warrant in Fort Frances early Thursday morning, arresting the six suspects after discovering methamphetamine, cash, ammunition and an unspecified firearm in a residence.
The OPP's community street crime unit, organized crime enforcement bureau, tactical response unit, North West Region crime unit, emergency response team and crisis negotiation team were all involved in the seizure.
The six are expected to appear in Fort Frances court on Friday.
