(FORT FRANCES, ON) – The Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) seek the public’s assistance in locating a 23 year old man from the Fort Frances area.
Justin KAOMI, age 23, was last seen on February 7, 2017 in the Town of Fort Frances. He is described as aboriginal, 5’ 5”, 125 lbs, with short black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing grey jacket, winter boots and glasses.
