THUNDER BAY — The Thunder Bay District Health Unit and St. Joseph's Care Group have declared a gastrointestinal outbreak at Hogarth Riverview Manor.
The outbreak involves the 3 North portion of the long-term-care facility at 300 Lillie Street North.
Officials have cancelled resident admissions, transfers, discharges and social activities until further notice.
Details such as the number of individuals affected by the outbreak were not disclosed in a news release late Monday from the TBDHU.
