A dispute over a parking spot at the Thunder Bay Wal-Mart store turned violent Wednesday.
City police say a 70-year-old man was sent to hospital after two drivers argued in the parking lot.
The victim was apparently pushed down and struck several times, before a Wal-Mart security officer and another bystander intervened.
The elderly man was treated and released from hospital.
A 50-year-old man has been charged with assault.
