Police officers arrested a man they believe is connected to a case where a person was pepper sprayed and robbed.
Thunder Bay Police Service says the incident was reported on Jan. 10. A suspect used pepper spray during an armed robbery and took an undisclosed amount of cash. Police did not say where the mid-January incident took place.
The suspect faces charges of armed robbery and breach of undertaking. The suspect appeared before a judge Monday.
Police also arrested a woman for assault with a weapon Monday. Officers responded to calls from a south-side residence where it is believed a 33-year-old woman attacked her partner with a knife.
The suspect of that armed assault also appeared in court Monday.
