THUNDER BAY – Sherri-Lynne Pharand has been appointed as the acting director of education and secretary for the board at the Lakehead District School Board.
Pharand will fill in for Ian MacRae.
The board, who announced the move at a special board meeting on Tuesday night, has not given a reason for MacRae’s absence.
