THUNDER BAY -- Police are seeking a suspect accused of robbing a pharmacy at knife point Monday afternoon.
The man entered the Shopper’s Drug Mart location in Grandview Mall just before 1:30 p.m. and went behind the pharmacy counter, wielding a knife and demanding drugs.
The suspect was able to leave the store with a quantity of drugs and was last seen fleeing in a vehicle towards Junot Avenue.
Police say the suspect as a Caucasian male in his late 20s. He is 5’ 5” in height and is described as having a pock marked face and dirty blonde facial stubble. At the time of the robbery he was wearing square rimmed sunglasses, a black hoodie with a green shirt underneath, jeans and brown leather shoes.
