A hearing regarding the Police Services Act charges against Sgt. James Mauro will be held in the city on Friday, March 16.
The Thunder Bay Police Service sent out confirmation about the hearing Wednesday afternoon. Sgt. Mauro faces two counts of misconduct under the Police Services Act.
The hearing will take place at the Valhalla Inn in the Icelandic Room.
The hearing is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
The hearing is open to the public, however no recording devices will be allowed in the hearing room.
Mauro was suspended from duty on March 26, 2010.
