THUNDER BAY – Police are appealing to the public for information about the death of Dylan Moonias, nearly 11 weeks after the 21-year-old’s body was found in the Intercity area.

The Thunder Bay Police Service issued a media release on Friday afternoon, releasing a video of people known to have been in the area of William Street and North Brodie Street along the Neebing-McIntyre Floodway, where Moonias was last known to be alive on the night of Sept. 21.

His body was found in the water on Sept. 23 behind the Thunder Centre by a kayaker.

Numerous people were seen in the area and police want to speak to anybody who was there, according to the media release. Anyone who was in the area or can identify those in the video are asked to come forward to investigators.
