THUNDER BAY - Thunder Bay police are advising the public to avoid the area of John Street and Ray Boulevard as officers continued to investigate a motor vehicle collision Thursday morning.
Numerous police vehicles were on site around 9 a.m. Police had blocked off a small section of road surrounding the intersection, while officers examined the undercarriage of one vehicle on scene.
