Police are looking for driver in auto-pedestrian collision

The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s help with an investigation into an auto-pedestrian collision Monday afternoon.

The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s help with an investigation into an auto-pedestrian collision Monday afternoon.

A green, four-door sedan hit a 17-year-old male pedestrian at the intersection of Rosslyn Road and Queen Street in Oliver Paipoonge around 1:30 p.m. Monday.

The male driver did stop and checked on the pedestrian, who said he was fine. The driver left without leaving contact information.

Police are asking the driver to contact them so they can complete their investigation.

Anyone else with any information on the identity of the driver or saw the collision is asked to contact the traffic unit of the police service.
