THUNDER BAY -- Two suspects have been charged with robbery using a firearm after a south side convenience store was held up last month.
The Thunder Bay Police Service on Thursday announced that a 22-year-old man and 23-year-old woman have both been arrested and charged after the July 14 robbery at Alley's Variety on Franklin Street.
The male suspect is also facing one count of disguise with intent.
Police issued a description of the male suspect in the days following the robbery. Nearly two weeks later police released a video depicting a woman they identified as a person of interest.
Both of the accused remain in custody as they await a future court date.
