Police board seeking members for labour relations committee

Board looking to appoint two people with experience and knowledge in the areas of labour relations, collective bargaining, disability management and return to work, and workplace mental health, and well-being expertise.

THUNDER BAY — The city's police services board is looking for community members to join one of its committees.

The Thunder Bay Police Services Board on Thursday issued a call-out, seeking community representation for its labour relations committee.

The board said it's looking for people with experience and knowledge in the areas of labour relations, collective bargaining, disability management and return to work, and workplace mental health, and well-being expertise. 

There are two positions available on the committee.

Expressions of interest, which can be submitted by email to board secretary John Hannam at [email protected], will be accepted until Feb. 3.
