Police bust Toronto man with $18K worth of crack

A Toronto man has been arrested following a drug bust by the Thunder Bay Police Service's Community Response team. Officers arrested the man after his vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Syndicate Avenue and Walsh Street Tuesday around 6 p.m.

Officers arrested the man after his vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Syndicate Avenue and Walsh Street Tuesday around 6 p.m.

After a search of his vehicle and an area motel room, police recovered $18,000 dollars worth of crack cocaine and another $5,000 in cash.

The 20-year old suspect faces charges of trafficking and breach of probation.
