City police have issued a caution to shoppers to keep an eye on their purses.
The alert from the Thunder Bay Police Service follows three incidents that were reported Saturday in which wallets were lifted from purses while people were shopping.
Police say they don't know whether the incidents are linked.
But officials with the police service did say that in one case, credits cards from one of the wallets were used to make purchases in the Intercity area.
