Police found 61 marijuana plants after raiding a grow-op at a Francis Street home last week.
On July 28 officers with the combined forces organized crime unit searched a home located in the 100 block of East Francis Street. Police say they discovered about 61 plants in an outside garden and along the side of the residence as a result of that search.
Police say the plants were in various stages of growth and held an estimated street value of about $61,000.
A 55-year-old man who resides at that address was charged with unlawful production of marijuana on Aug. 3.
The suspect has been released and faces a court date of Oct. 6.
