Police chief receives Order of Merit

Thunder Bay’s chief of police is getting national recognition for his work. Governor General David Johnston has appointed Thunder Bay Police Service Chief Robert Herman to the Order of Merit of the police forces.

Thunder Bay’s chief of police is getting national recognition for his work.

Governor General David Johnston has appointed Thunder Bay Police Service Chief Robert Herman to the Order of Merit of the police forces.

Eight officers and 36 members were appointed this year, including Treaty 3 Police Chief Henry DeLaronde and Kenora OPP Det. Dennis Olinyk.
