THUNDER BAY - The search for a missing Ottawa man in the Thunder Bay area continues with Thunder Bay Police conducting a ground search on the Fort William First Nation.
According to a Thunder Bay Police Service media release, police began a ground search for 23-year-old Justin Duncan on the Fort William First Nation Monday morning after receiving information that he may be in the area.
Duncan, who is originally from Ottawa, was last seen on Memorial Avenue on Nov. 21, 2016. Police suspect his disappearance may be the result of foul play.
Members of the Thunder Bay Police Emergency Task Unit and the Ontario Provincial Police Emergency Response Team are conducting the search, along with K9 and drone units.
