HEARST, Ont. -- One man is dead and now another faces drug charges after police found cocaine at the scene of a fatal crash on Highway 11 Tuesday morning.
Officials with the OPP say the crash between a car and pickup truck took place near the Northeast Ontario town of Hearst.
Police say it appears a car lost control and hit a pickup truck. The crash killed a passenger in the car and sent the two drivers to the hospital.
During their investigation officers discovered a kilogram of cocaine and have since charged the car’s driver.
