Police hold Brodie Street scene (2 photos)

Police have not disclosed why they are holding the south-side residence.

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police are holding the scene at a south-side residence.

Two police cars remain camped outside a two-storey home on the corner of Brodie and Arthur streets. Police tape has been strung around the front of the home.

According to social media reports, an ambulance was seen leaving the scene with its lights flashing and siren blaring.

City police have not yet released any information on the incident, which is believed to have begun in the early hours of Sunday evening. When called police did not confirm the address, but did say an incident was under investigation.

Police were seen canvassing the neighbourhood.
