Police investigate mischief in Sioux Lookout

Three windows were broken following a mischief at a hotel in Sioux Lookout.

SIOUX LOOKOUT – Police are asking for the public’s assistance as they investigate a mischief at a Sioux Lookout hotel.

Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police responded to a mischief call on Friday, Oct. 15 around 4:22 a.m. at a hotel.

Upon arrival, officers learned that two males had thrown rocks at the hotel, breaking three windows.

The first individual had a slim build. He was wearing a black hoody, black pants, and a black face mask.

The second individual had a medium build. He was wearing a black sweater, light coloured pants, black Nike sneakers, a camouflage or light multi-coloured ball cap and an orange face mask.

Police say both individuals left the hotel in a silver Dodge Caravan.

Officers are looking to speak with members of the public who may have observed suspicious activity in the area of Sturgeon River Road and May Street, or recognize the individuals shown in the included photo.
