THUNDER BAY — Police are investigating a shooting incident on the city's south side that sent a male victim to hospital.
Thunder Bay police said officers were called to the 200 block of Cumming Street just before 5 p.m. on Friday.
Emergency services found an injured male victim, who was taken to hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Police said the exact extent of those injuries is unknown.
No further information about the incident is available, but police cautioned that a significant police presence should be expected in the area.
