THUNDER BAY — City police are continuing to search for a 55-year-old man who was reported missing over the weekend.
Thunder Bay police on Tuesday issued a renewed call for public assistance in finding Pierre Kowtiash.
Police described Kowtiash as a vulnerable missing person, who is non-verbal, and has a brain injury.
Investigators are working to confirm reported sightings, which include the 900 block of East Arthur Street on Monday afternoon, and the Thunder Centre area on Saturday and Sunday.
Kowtiash is described as an Indigenous man, standing about six-foot-two in height, with a thin build, medium-length black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, black toque, and a blue sweater.
