Police laid child pornography charges against a teen after raiding a south-side home Wednesday.
Thunder Bay Police Service officials say they searched a home in the Northwood area and seized a number of electronic and storage devices. As a result of the search, police arrested a 17-year-old suspect.
The accused now faces charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.
The suspect is expected to appear in court on Nov. 25.
The name of the accused is not being released in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
