Police looking for driver of stolen logging truck

Ontario Provincial Police said the logging truck and trailer was taken from an Ear Falls motel and later recovered.

EAR FALLS, Ont. - Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s assistance in helping identify an individual responsible for the theft of a logging truck in Ear Falls, Ont.

According to an OPP media release issued on Sunday, officers responded to reports of a blue logging truck and trailer being taken early Sunday morning from the 105 Motel in Ear Falls.

The truck was later found on Highway 105 between Ear Falls and Pakwash Provincial Park. Police have not identified the driver.
