THUNDER BAY -- City police want to speak to a man who insisted a woman get in his car Wednesday morning.
The man, described as Caucasian between the ages of 45 and 50 with short blonde hair, scruff and speaking with what is described as a heavy European accent, offered a ride to a woman as she waited at a bus stop around 7:30 a.m.
When she refused, he insisted before eventually driving off.
He was driving what is described as a newer tan or champagne-coloured four-door jeep with the first three letters of the license plate possibly reading EMN or ENM.
