Police still looking for missing 47-year-old

THUNDER BAY -- City police are asking for the public’s assistance as they search for missing a missing 47-year-old.

According to Thunder Bay Police Service, Bernie Goliboski was last seen by a family member on Oct. 7 around 12 p.m. in the area of James Street and Redwood Avenue.

Police say there is concern for his welfare. Earlier on Friday police cancelled the initial missing persons report on Goliboski, but later sent out another release indicating that decision came as a result of unconfirmed information. 

He is described as standing six-feet-tall with a heavy build. He has brown medium length hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing olive coloured work boots, dark blue sweatpants and a grey fall jacket.
