A quick reaction by officers with a Community Response team is being credited in an arrest in connection with several vehicle break-ins.
Police were called around 1 a.m. Monday two males were spotted rifling through vehicles around East Donald Street.
When officers arrived on the scene, the pair fled. But officers caught up with one suspect a couple of blocks away.
That suspect now faces several charges. The search continues for the second man.
