Police respond to double stabbing on city's south side

A double stabbing on the city's south side sends one victim to the hospital.

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police are investigating a double stabbing on the city’s south side Wednesday evening.

Thunder Bay Police Service has reported that just before 6:30 p.m. officers responded to a double stabbing that occurred on the 300 block of North Vickers Street.

One of the victims was transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre with serious injuries.

At this time, police do not have any information on the second victim.

This investigation is ongoing.
